“Mymax Academy” Privacy Agreement

Mymax Academy is developed
and operated by Happy Work (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (registered address:
Room 0501-37, 5th Floor, Building 4, No. 1 Wangzhuang Road, Haidian
District, Beijing, hereinafter referred to as "**we**" or
"**us**"). As the operator of Mymax
Academy, we are well aware of the importance of personal information to you. We
will adhere to the following principles in accordance with laws and
regulations: consistency of rights and responsibilities, clear purpose,
voluntary consent, minimum necessity, ensuring security, subject participation,
openness and transparency. We commit to adopting corresponding security
protection measures in accordance with industry-recognized security standards
to fully protect your personal information.
We
have established this "**Privacy Policy**" and hereby give special
notice: We hope that you carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy
before using this platform and related services to make appropriate choices.

you register for a Mymax Academy account, use other Mymax Academy products or services, or visit the Mymax Academy homepage, Mymax
Academy will collect your personally identifiable information, including your
avatar and nickname. Once you have successfully registered and logged in to Mymax Academy, Mymax Academy will
be able to identify you.
Mymax Academy will
automatically receive and record information on your browser and server logs,
including your IP address, information in cookies, and records of the web pages
you request.
Mymax Academy will use this
information for: improving the advertisements and web content provided to you,
meeting your demands for certain products, or notifying you of the latest
product information.
2.
How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
Mymax Academy sets or
accesses cookies on your computer.
Mymax Academy allows
companies that post advertisements on Mymax Academy's
webpage to set or access cookies on users' computers. Other companies will use
cookies according to their own privacy policies, not this policy, and they
cannot access Mymax Academy's cookies.

Mymax Academy will not rent

trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks; we deploy
access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access
personal information; and we regularly hold security and privacy protection
training courses to strengthen employees' understanding of the importance of
protecting personal information.

personal information necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this policy
is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period
required to achieve the purposes set out in this policy, unless there is a need
to extend the retention period and obtain your separate authorization, or in
accordance with laws, regulations, or special regulatory requirements for data
retention periods.

The internet environment is not one hundred percent safe. Although we are
committed to protecting your personal information, we cannot guarantee or
ensure its absolute security. Therefore, you should also take active measures
to ensure the security of your personal information, such as regularly changing
your account password and not disclosing your personal account password
information to others.

notify you in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and
regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident,
the measures we have taken or will take, your suggestions for self-prevention
and risk reduction, and remedies for you. We will promptly notify you of the
relevant situation of the incident by email, letter, phone call, push
notification, and other means. When it is difficult to notify each individual
subject of personal information, we will take reasonable and effective ways to
publish announcements. At the same time, we will also proactively report the
handling situation of personal information security incidents as required by
regulatory authorities.

Minor Protection
We
value the protection of minors' information. If you are a minor, we recommend
that you ask your parents or guardians to carefully read this privacy policy
and use our services or provide us with information only with the consent of
your parents or guardians. In cases where we collect personal information of
minors with the consent of parents or guardians who use our products or
services, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information when
it is allowed by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of parents or
guardians, or when necessary to protect minors. We will protect the personal
information of minors in accordance with the provisions of relevant national

personal information we collect and generate within the People's Republic of
China will be stored within the People's Republic of China. Therefore, your
personal information will not be transferred to jurisdictions outside of China
or accessed from jurisdictions outside of China.
If
we need to transfer abroad in the future, we will seek your consent separately,
follow the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and ensure that your
personal information is adequately protected within China.

How This Policy is Updated
Our
personal information protection policy may change. Without your explicit
consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this privacy
policy. We will post any changes to this policy on this page. We will archive
